AWEFUL app!!!!!

I would give it no stars if I could. The videos would always buffer and never load. Do not listen to the reviews that state it is your service provider. That is all BS. Even tried the wifi app and it had the same problem. There is a reason why they even removed the support page from their website. They should just remove it all together and keep all of us newbees from downloading it and thinking it may work.
