This app works well but you always have to go back in to assign cameras. I wish they stay the same.

I recently installed two separate 4 channel security systems in our building. Both made by Swann, and both boasting their remote viewing capability on your mobile device. Only trouble is this app only supports one of the two units. When I entered all of the mobile information for the slightly older model it tells me to purchase a different app for viewing, (MEyePro). Not sure why Swann Communication wouldnt be supporting their own systems???

Needs the option to remember my cameras so I dont have to add them everytime I start the app

Does not work have the swann 4ch 2600 too bad not happy

I had a swann security system set up and the app was working perfectly and now all of the sudden it wont let me view anymore:(

I have an 8 channel system and it works well after much configuring of my home router. Dont forget that most home users have a dynamic ip address that changes over time and you need to redo configuration. Swann needs an HD iPad version as the app is designed for the iPhone and the screen is ridiculous on an iPad.

Every time have to switch must show 8 at same time

Get a static ip address and call a computer geek and it will work fine!

What a pleasant surprise to discover the ease and speed to download DVR4-4000 pics & video to my iPod gen 5. This app deserves 5 Stars. Thank you Swann.

Not the greatest app, have to tweak it every time I want to use it. Never have been able to get it to work when away from home. Which is the whole idea, whether on wifi or 3 g it wont dial into my cameras unless I am at home. Waste of time. Defeats whole purpose of app. All Swanner apps are the same. Why do u have 3 versions that dont work????

I dont understand everyone elses comments of not working.. Been using this app for over a year, never had a problem and works great on my iPhone 4S and wifes iPhone 5.. Call the support desk to assist with setup and its easy as 1,2,3.

It just doesnt work.

When install this worked but suddenly doesnt work. Please do something.

This app works great Im using on my iPhone 4S and no issues at all! To set up I called swann tech support and they where very eager to assist. I recommend, its easy to use, reliable and very cool!

Could use an update to support retina graphics and iPhone 5 display size support. Swann please fix this in future releases!

Worked for about a month but will no longer connect to my caneras or IP address. What happened?!?

All off you that says it dont work on 3G is right . It dont and its not . You need to download the swann view pro app . Then you need to google what is my IP address . Com . Youll find it .Then enter that in the address spot . Then fill out the rest and it will work if all is correct .good luck.
