Im not sure why the need for two apps but i just found out you need to download swannview pro to get iphone 5 support. It is much better. All 8 camera numbers on the same screen makes for easy switching as u can only display 4 at a time. This version u have to push a button to get 5-8 as it only displays 1-4 numbers first. Makes switching between cameras time consuming. Several buttons in this app i cant seem to figure out what they do. Looks like its been changed in pro version. 3 stars for not notifying users in the notes that you need the pro version for iphone 5. Thats not very nice :-/

Works great but needs to be optimized for the 5.

The app is great once you get it working. For me, I had to make two devices on my phone, one I use while at home on my router and the other I use while Im away. It was simple, just use two different IP addresses. The tech support was great and it is open 24/7. After I got it set up it worked great. I like the app, I just would like to have more remote features if possible.

Works great! Much better than the pro version after the update that rendered it unusable! Now that they updated this version to iPhone 5 Im loving it!! Finally did something right swann!!

No way I am updating this app till they fix swann view pro. I had to switch to this app when they updated pro and made it unusable, now they update this before fixing pro!? #fail

Safe to update! All the pro users that had their pro app broke after update, this one still works after update.

The August 15 update/upgrade made my iPhone remote feature STOP WORKING!

Since the pro version stop working i needed this Im happy is working i needed for my bussines!

Was working fine until update. Now unable to connect to cameras. Please fix.

iPhone4 user: real impressed with the previous version and bragged to all my friends on how well it worked on my mobile. I completed the upgrade and found that it is no where compatible with the iphone4. Looked through the help area with more disappointment. Just a hint, but maybe put in the help area a link to the old version that worked just fine before. Thanks again for messing up a good thing. Your truly

The old version was working perfectly. With the new upgrade it doesnt even connect. Always comes up with "failed to connect" I wrote to swann tech support and was in contact with a woman by the name Lovely. Two emails and nothing is solved yet. I am very upset with swann view. Guess I should have went with night owl.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD UPDATE. WILL NOT WORK AND THERE IS NO WAY TO UNINSTALL THE UPDATE. JUNK !

V1.1 worked fine for me, but V1.2 doesnt connect over wifi.

Finally an update that seems to be working well and more features. Keep this up swannview, dont let it stop here .

Come on Swann! This apps really disappointing. The resolution quality is bad and the camera view is stretched. The older version had a lot clearer and proportioned picture. The video record feature is nice if u can tolerate the picture view. I want the old version back.

No longer works since update. Why dont people test this stuff before releasing?
