Terribly difficult to set up for online & mobile viewing

Don’t believe the user manual or the box. This is a tough unit to setup if you want to watch the cameras remotely. The app is terrible and watching from the web isn’t very easy either. I was attracted to the price at Sam’s club, but I wish I would have paid more for a better system.
