Poor Support

Ive called the 800 number and if you follow the phone tree they end up hanging up on you. Im a customer in the US. We got this system from WOOT almost a year ago. It took forever to get the iPhone app to connect via 3G and 4G. but once it was working it was fabulous and we used all the time on iPhone and iPad. now with the app upgrades everything seems to have failed. 800 support is not reachable. the iPhone manual on their website is from a year ago. Very disappointed. If i get it working ill be sure to post the solution. good luck. nice app if you can get it going.
